Navigating Changes with Resilience Program / Zoom

‘’Navigating Change with Resilience’’ is a transformative 3-part course designed to empower youth with essential skills for thriving amidst change and adversity. Drawing from years of coaching experience, this course is crafted to provide practical tools and insights to build resilience, manage stress, and foster personal growth.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

  • Youths ages 16-29 years old

  • Anyone who is struggling with feeling overwhelmed, stressed or like changes in their lives are too much.

  • People who would like to become more resilient to obstacles and challenges.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

  • Interactive Learning: Engage in practical exercises, discussions, and activities to
    apply concepts in real-time.

  • Accessibility: On-line, 90-minute sessions (could be adapted to 60 or 120 minutes)

  • Personal Growth: Develop personalized strategies to manage change and build
    resilience tailored to your unique needs.

  • Supportive Environment: Connect with peers in a safe, supportive online space
    where you can share experiences and learn from each other.

  • Materials: printed book that includes exercises, journal prompts and reminders

Session 1: Embracing Change and Managing Transitions

In our first session, we'll explore the dynamics of change and its impact on your life. You'll learn effective change management strategies to navigate transitions smoothly and confidently. We’ll address common challenges and develop personalized approaches to adapt positively to change.

Session 2: Building Resilience and Reducing Overwhelm

The second session focuses on understanding what resilience truly is and how to cultivate it in your daily life. We’ll discuss practical techniques to build resilience, decrease feelings of overwhelm, and enhance your ability to handle stress. You’ll leave with actionable steps to strengthen your mental and emotional fortitude.

Session 3: Integrating Healthy Habits and Finding Your Why

In our final session, we’ll dive into integrating new, healthy habits that support your well-being and resilience. We’ll also explore the concept of “understanding your why” to help you stay motivated and focused on your personal goals. You’ll gain clarity on your purpose and
learn how to align your actions with your values.
